EV365 Charger Model AC1 up to 22kW for home

The AC1 model is a wall-mounted AC charging station. The convenience of electric vehicle charging has never been more within reach. Our wallbox is a compact unit designed for installation in garages and covered areas. It is perfect for personal use in the home. You also have the option of mounting it on a custom-made aluminum post for driveway installation. The main advantages of the Model AC1 include its simplicity, yet superior workmanship and safety. It is available with a charging port and Type 2 connector, and the charger has an LED indicator in the form of a vertical bar that indicates the charging status. Save money and charge comfortably at home!

Power adjustment and charge start time setting

With the Model AC1's built-in power regulation feature, the EV user can limit the charger's power to a value of their choice from the mobile app. This avoids overloading the home grid when other essential devices are running at the same time. The charger will adapt to their operation. For example, if the charger power has been set to the full 22 kW, and at the same time the home has an air conditioner on that draws 5 kW and an oven that draws 3 kW, the charger power will automatically lower to 14 kW to avoid overloading the internal electrical system. When these appliances are turned off, it will return to full charging power. This avoids overloading the grid and "blowing out traffic jams".

Using the mobile app, the EV user can also set the time from which the charging process of the electric vehicle will start, If the vehicle was plugged in after returning from work at 6 p.m., you can set the charging to start at 10 p.m. This feature saves money. Charge your vehicle at night when electricity rates are much lower. This feature also protects you from overloading the internal electrical system (during the night, most of your appliances remain off, allowing your vehicle to charge at full capacity without risking tripping overcurrent protection).

Full functionality and safety

AC1 model, regardless of the power of the charger, has full functionality in the form of "plug & play" charging (The AC1, regardless of charger power, has full plug & play charging functionality, user assignment to the charger via an RFID card reader (a user without a card will not start the charging process), and OCPP-based communication with the system and application to enable remote charger operation and diagnostics. The AC1 model has a built-in residual current monitoring unit (RCMU), which will disconnect the circuit inside the charger if it detects that the electrical current flowing out of it is not equal to the incoming current. This ensures complete safety of its operation, protecting the user from electric shock.

Stable charging

On average, the EV365 Model AC1 charger can charge a car in 120-360 minutes. If the user has an electric vehicle with a 70 kWh battery and a capacity of 22 kW, the charging time from 20% to 80% will be about 2 h. If the car has a capacity of 7 kWh, the charging time will be about 6 hours. The charger power should be selected according to the EV user's needs. However, thanks to the built-in power regulation function of the Model AC1, there is no fear of overloading the internal installation.
