Poland Shipping/Delivery Conditions
EV365 ships under the terms listed below
Shipping and Packing Policy:
EV365 ships via UPS courier service.
UPS delivery is next day provided the order is placed before 12:30pm.
The cost of prepaid shipping is 25 PLN/Brute and the cost of cash on delivery is 27.99 PLN/Brute.
Shipments from the pEV365 store are processed for 5 business days between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Personal receipt of orders: Wiejska 8K, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the order to check with the UPS courier that the package has not been damaged in transit.
In the case of damage to the package the recipient is obliged to prepare a damage protocol in the presence of the UPS employee. Failure to fill out the damage report may result in the rejection of the claim.
You can track the status of your shipment directly on the UPS courier website.
Delivery of products over 50kg in weight is carried out by EV365 and takes up to 72h after the funds have been credited.
*In case of failure to collect completed orders, the cost of return shipment and re-shipment shall be borne by the Customer.
** Cash on delivery orders are realized only for business entities - entrepreneurs.
